Max Porter is a well respected chef based in Eumundi, on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Max was chef de cuisine at Siggis at the Port Office in Brisbane for four years from 1991 before embarking on a tastebud-watering world tour which took in Michelin-starred restaurants in France.
