In Eumundi “The General Slow & Smoked” created by Kurt & Lara Lange was born from a keen hobby of smoking meat at home on their 3 Acre property in Eerwah Vale
Weekends were spent with a cold beer, wine and a local sourced slab of meat cooking away for 12 hrs at the Lange Residence.
Now this hobby has turned into a permanent dream off the back of a craftsmen built tray of a 1958 AA160 International.
The truck is cool, rustic and every peice of tin and wood tells its own story!
Once a farm truck now the coolest Food Truck on wheels in the Noosa Hinterland.
Nestled in the popular Pavilion in the heart of Eumundi, The General Hosts Live local Buskers on a Friday night. The tunes will certainly put a smile on your face but the food will definately keep you coming back! They serve up delicious smoked Brisket and Pork Burgers, Chicken Wings, & Nachos to name a few.
