NOOSA alive! is serving up affordable family fun at the ‘SUNSHINE FESTIVAL’ on Saturday 13 March, as part of the NOOSA alive! REiGNiTE 2021 program of events (11 – 13 March).

The afternoon festival will take place at the Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union Club from 12noon – 4pm with family tickets just $25 (2 adults & 3 under 16yrs). Individual tickets are $10 for adults; $5 for Under 16 years; and free for Under 5 years (+ booking fees).

Sunshine Festival Producer Sharna Taylor says it will be festival of creativity for families and friends of all ages.

“We’ve created a wonderful festival program that includes all the colour and excitement that’s been missing these past 12 months. Circus Tribe street performers, face painters, hands on crafty fun and all your favourite festival foods are bound to excite the kids,” Sharna says.

Sharna says SUNSHINE FESTIVAL-goers will be treated to live music performances by Mason Hope, Lizzy Lamborn and Nyssa Ray on the quirky stage reminiscent of old world gypsy wagons.

“Our performers are busting to step out on stage and create happy sunshine vibes for everyone to sing, dance and soak up the good times!”, she says.

Activities are all free with admission and include an inflatable obstacle course, face painting, street performers and arts and crafts workshops.

Pack yourself a picnic or savour the delights on offer from a fleet of food trucks catering for all tastes and needs. A free water refilling station will be on-site thanks to Unity Water.

Tickets are limited to comply with COVID-safe practices, and guests are asked to bring something to sit on (picnic blankets, tarps and chairs) to spread out.

Ticket holders’ information will be collected for the purposes of Track & Tracing to comply with current restrictions. Providing your info is a condition of entry to this event.
